2020 Pastry Studio Demos

Hands-on educational demos will take place at the Pastry Studio at the Midwest Foodservice Expo on Monday, March 9th, Tuesday, March 10th, and Wednesday, March 11th. There will be space for up to 24 show attendees to participate. 

Pre-registration is required! Pastry Studio sessions are a popular stop on the show floor. Only 24 hands-on stations are available for each time-slot. Be sure to add on demos of choice when registering for the Expo. Demos are $5 each or all 6 for $25. Register here

Already registered and want to add demos? No problem!
Step 1: From your registration email, choose the “click here” link to edit your registration. Step 2: Scroll down to “Additional Selections” and click “Edit.” Step 3: Add demo(s) of choice and hit “Next.” Step 4: Scroll up to the green bar to “Finish your registration and check out.” Questions? NOTE: Be present at scheduled demo time. The Pastry Studio will be open 5-10 minutes prior to each demo. Providing proof of pre-registration for demos is encouraged. Late arrivals may result in loss of reservation becoming available to walk-ins. No refunds. Feel free to visit WBA in booth 836 for same-day availability. Questions?
